To assist clients in making informed hiring decisions through behavioural analysis, investigative interviewing, integrity screening, and pre-employment polygraph examinations.

The applicant completes the Sentinel pre-employment application form.

This process:

  • Assists the investigator and behavioural analyst in understanding the individual
  • Identifies potential behavioural or integrity concerns
  • Obtains written consent for the polygraph examination and screening process

The applicant attends a structured interview session involving:

  • Behavioural observation and assessment
  • Verification of information provided
  • Role suitability discussions
  • Preparation for the polygraph examination

This phase establishes rapport while also evaluating honesty, accountability, communication style, and behavioural consistency.

The applicant undergoes the polygraph examination process, including:

  • Pre-test interview
  • Polygraph examination
  • Post-test discussion and clarification where necessary
  • Simultaneously, the behavioural analyst assesses:

    • Workplace suitability
    • Behavioural compatibility
    • Emotional intelligence and adaptability
    • Alignment with the company culture and expectations

    The candidate is also guided on workplace expectations, professional conduct, and behavioural awareness.
