Objective
To assist clients in making informed hiring decisions through behavioural analysis, investigative interviewing, integrity screening, and pre-employment polygraph examinations.
The applicant completes the Sentinel pre-employment application form.
This process:

- Assists the investigator and behavioural analyst in understanding the individual
- Identifies potential behavioural or integrity concerns
- Obtains written consent for the polygraph examination and screening process
The applicant attends a structured interview session involving:
- Behavioural observation and assessment
- Verification of information provided
- Role suitability discussions
- Preparation for the polygraph examination
This phase establishes rapport while also evaluating honesty, accountability, communication style, and behavioural consistency.
The applicant undergoes the polygraph examination process, including:
- Pre-test interview
- Polygraph examination
- Post-test discussion and clarification where necessary
Simultaneously, the behavioural analyst assesses:
- Workplace suitability
- Behavioural compatibility
- Emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Alignment with the company culture and expectations
The candidate is also guided on workplace expectations, professional conduct, and behavioural awareness.
